Remote Troubleshooting Session(s)

360 – Remote Troubleshooting Session – Minimum fee
Once we receive verification that payment was made, up to two (2) hours of remote troubleshooting time will be provided during a time frame mutually agreed upon. The session clock runs continuous from the exact time the troubleshooting call begins and continues for a period of up to two (2) hours. Time accumulates continuously in real time unless a short break is agreed to by both parties. Refunds or credits are not issued for unused time. After the initial troubleshooting session time has expired additional one (1) hour blocks may be purchased.

180 – Remote Troubleshooting Service – Additional One (1) Hour Blocks

Can only be used after the initial minimum fee Remote Troubleshooting Session has expired.

Once we receive verification that payment was made, up to one (1) hour(s) of additional remote troubleshooting time will be provided during a time frame mutually agreed upon. The session clock runs continuous from the exact time the troubleshooting call begins and continues for a period of up to one (1) hour(s). Time accumulates continuously in real time unless a short break is agreed to by both parties. Refunds or credits are not issued for any unused time. Additional one (1) hour blocks may be purchased as required.

Terms of Service for Remote Troubleshooting Services
Remote Troubleshooting Session (RTS) calls are an excellent way to reduce costs when troubleshooting complex equipment. RTS calls eliminate the very expensive airplane, hotel, car rental and other expenses that comes with air travel. Probe Industries provides a first line of defense remotely without having to pay all the travel expenses. Our experts, working with your maintenance representative, department head or operator can help guide them to the problem area and formulate a plan of resolution.

RTS calls do NOT guarantee that the equipment problem can be resolved during the troubleshooting session(s). Parts may have to be ordered and installed. Additional RTS calls may be required to get the part properly installed and adjusted. There are no guarantees of resolving the equipment problem. Refunds or credits are not issued for any unused RTS time.

*Note: Ideally, RTS calls should be made on a cell phone capable of sending us live video and still pictures.
